I disagree, with that being the case, nuclear oblivion doesn’t sound that bad, and then you would have Fallout 3. Which had an interesting stealth system to say the least. The only armor I use is the Vault Body Armor and the Chinese Stealth Armor, Outcast Outpost is my first stop after getting out of the vault.
