Strawberry and pineapple are the two most effective fruits for that purpose. It also helps to cut back on grilled meat, alcohol and cigarettes - all of which make your cum stickier and less fluid, and also more bitter. Thus harder to swallow and more unpleasant to the tongue.

My apologies for never offering up an answer to a rather personal question. I am just not sure any of us have an answer for you. Why? Because the way you describe yourself, you are borderlining obsessive at this point. If you notice, every thought about her seems to build on her looks and how she made you feel sexually or having her one last time rather than the other non sexual parts of the relationship that you lost.

At first glance I would say you need to force yourself into distractions that will get your mind off of her. Pick up a new hobbie, date other girls, work out… whatever it takes you need to get over the fact that it is over and she is gone. No do not call her. No do not drive by her house.

Any attempt to get back in touch with her is only going to feed your obsession. Obsessions never end well…

One of the things you need to do is to search within yourself and find out why you have such a need to possess this woman again. First accept yourself as the good person that you are, recognize that you do not need another girl to ‘complete you’; you have the power to be a whole person without the crutch of another woman. When you are fulfilled within your own skin, then you will be ready to meet another girl with whom you can first develop a relationship.

For many folks, flirtation is an art that is very hard to come by. My oldest is paralyzed in a room full of people or around girls, so first of all I just want to say that your mastery does not have to be a bad thing.

I would not say you need to stop flirting so much, but instead I would ask that you pay attention to some of the information you are putting out there with your flirtations. Some flirting says “you are beautiful and I desire you” while other flirting says “I am having fun tonight”.

My guess is that you have put out the wrong kind of information during your flirtations and it has brought about undesired responses. Just try to keep in mind throughout the night, “what is the message I am sending, and it is a correct message?”. Hopefully you can become more aware of your messages and thus curb them to a more appropriate avenue of communication.
