19% now! Almost 1/5 of the way there!
As of now the speed is ~ + 1% each hour.
This is fantastic, I voted yes and told all of my friends to vote yes.
Does everyone realize, that for BM: DM to be on steam it will need another 100,000 votes? >
I’ve e-mailed Kotaku and posted a few messages there. More people should try contacting news sites, I can’t find any that has a story about it. It’s impressive that it’s reached this many votes from word of mouth alone but it’s time to upgrade. :freeman:
@DeadLife01 Umm, probably not. They wanted to bring the Xen parts an an update and have also stated they’d be released with DM. I don’t think Valve would demand another Greenlight for something like multiplayer.
I wish they would make the vote count for free games much smaller! No ones even going to profit except for valve because people who play this free mod who haven’t played half-life 2 will be like “Hey this mod is great wonder what Half-Life 2 is like”! But it really doesn’t matter if it even becomes lit we all are still going to be able to play it in some fashion!
No, it won’t. The whole point of putting it on Steam is so that they can patch it in later (besides ease of access, of course).
Wouldn’t it be awesome if Black Mesa were the first game to be Greenlit?
Since I am hungarian, I should write on the webpage of the hungarian Gamestar, that site has a lot of HL fans.
Seems like it might, and it would be indeed glorious.
Already at 20% after 17 hours!
I think Black Mesa just crossed over into 4th with 20%!
Awesome!
Where are the rankings, by the way?
