Yes I have. I got bored with it soon after playing, and it didn’t get better after playing it more.
The gameplay wasn’t all that special. Yeah, I know, I sound like a hypocrite for saying that yet liking DOOM and Halo, but both of those games had something about them that made me like them. I don’t get that with Crysis. All of their attempts at being unique are laughable gimmicks (MAXIMUM FAIL.)

The only thing good about the game is that it’s pretty to look at… assuming your PC can handle it. Mine barely can so the game isn’t as pretty and still has framerate issues, even on medium. Maybe Crytek should stop focusing on CryEngine 3 and focus on improving and optimizing CryEngine 2… and then license it to someone who knows how to make a compelling game with it.

I never said I wasn’t looking forward to Black Mesa. I can like other games, can’t I?

Red Dead Redemption looks pretty neat. I played a little bit of Red Dead Revolver back when it came out, and it was good.This looks pretty awesome, it’s like GTA in the Old West.

Just because you don’t enjoy doing that type of thing doesn’t mean other people don’t. I haven’t played the demo and I’m not because the game is coming out in 2 days anyway and I don’t want to ruin part of the game by playing it.
