You should check out some tour de japon versions of FF songs. Orchestrated that is.

If you haven’t played Escape from Butcher Bay before, you should definitely get it since it comes with a remake of it 
Seems like we’re drifting between Theme songs and Soundtracks in this… but it’s all good.
In any case, since there’s no mention so far…
Unreal Tournament which had one of the greatest soundtracks of all time.
The entire Braid soundtrack is best, no matter you saying. I couldn’t really choose ONE song, but Downstream is pretty damn good.
