- Pull out your motherboard manual and read precisely what order the memory needs to be installed and verify that you are doing it correctly.
- Check your virtual memory settings (page file) set it correctly then reboot for it to take effect.
- Run memtest to verify memory integrity.

thnx all for help but I found out the reason. it was because that the heat sink wasn’t tightly with CPU and thermal paste was dried as well. I fixed that and now it is averagely 50 C.
