Fallout: Nuka Break - Really good fan-made film

16 minutes of pure awesome.

Certainly beats the shit out of Beyond Black Mesa when it comes to respecting the source material.

Nice find Maxey! Now I want a TV series featuring this!

a fucking epic ass fan vid.

Just wish BBM had half the moxy this one did.

this and BBM are about the same length, and this manages to accomplish so much fucking more in the same span of time. there’s a shit ton of story packed in there. i loved the personalities of the characters, and all of the crazy assholes they met in the wastes.

i even bet it cost the people who made nuka break a fraction of what it cost those guys to make BBM. gaaahhhh. i’d love to see this as a series.

All I can say is

DAT ASS

I suppose the vid itself was pretty cool, too.

That was actually quite nicely done i must say. Acting wasn’t bad at all, and the effects were decent. Way better than BBM.

Awesome!

Now that was great, defiantly one of the best fan films on YouTube.

the fuck happened to my internet??? Ya’ll got me excited now and I have to wait 3 fucking hours?

I liked it. Good acting, humor, nice characters, stayed true to Fallout.

awesome, thanks for posting

…i especially liked the “what the fuck?!” in the end. seems like they kept the story open for a part 2 o

Awesome, i really enjoyed it.

Really well done! What I think a fan film should be. You should check out some of that guy’s comics too!

Just as an aside, was anybody really expecting BBM to be any good? Serious question.

I was hoping it’d have some good qualities, but I wasn’t expecting much out of it. This blows BBM right out of the water.

This is great! It’s a perfect example of how to do a fanfilm properly (here’s a hint: ditch the awful compositing and stick to the characters).

I submitted it to /film, so hopefully they’ll run something on it, this really deserves it.

I would’ve preferred if “red” wasn’t in there in the first place but oh well, it was actually pretty neat.

If she looked better maybe… idk

That made my day… Nice one.

Awesome.
