Oh, your right, I missed the “again” in the parenthesis.
Yep
Oh well, Fallout: New Vegas is coming out next year and it’s going to own!
yea and don’t quote me on this or anything but I think the original developers are doin this one. Have to check my resources again to make sure…
Edit: No I was wrong. Some company called the Obsidian Entertainment. I just assumed cause it was different that it was the original developers.
No way its going to make its release date of June. A game as popular as Fallout would almost certainly get its pseudo-sequel overhyped long before its release.
That’s what delays are for. And I for one really don’t care if they hype it up. All I care is for a good game in the end.
Exactly.
A bunch of guys from the original Fallout Team are with Obsidian Entertainment, working on Fallout: New Vegas. That’s probably why you seemed to think it was the original developers doing it. Some of the most important and influencial designers of Fallout 1 and 2 are with them, so we can expect something that tries to stay true to the original.
Ah yes I remember now. I sorta wanna see how they can make a 3D open world after making 2D games.
Fallout 3 is a brilliant game. Immersive as hell, with great characters.
Bugs and animation only subtract from the fun a little.
Bethesda said that New Vegas will be a similar experience to Fallout 3. But hopefully New Vegas will have the same “feel” as the old Fallouts just to shut up the haters.
Hmmm all this talk about Fallout: New Vegas has got me thinking…how will they incorporate Harold now that he is rooted into the ground?
He’s dead.
Maybe Paul will take his place? Or maybe it’ll be a prequel.
U don’t have to kill him. I sped up his heart…which could lead to death i suppose.
i really like fallout 3, too. still one of the best real time RPG’s and someday i wll start play again the whole story.

Please don’t necropost.
I got through Oblivion vanilla, then again with all the mods I could fit in my computer and I (obviously) loved Oblivion. Then right after that I downloaded Fallout 3 and went through it with a constant sense of deception. I was … angry… at Bethesda, and pissed of everybody praising its “greatness”. It only seemed like a cheap guns version of Oblivion to me. (I also tried Morrowind, but being young and superficial, I couldn’t go over the fact that its graphics are old and the gameplay is plain bad)
Then about a month ago I bought it for PS3. I’m not saying it’s better on PS3, but this time I really got into it. I think that I was just too obsessed with oblivion to appreciate Fallout 3 …
Mass Effect is not a RPG. It’s starlight.
(triplepost)
But in the postapocalyptic horizon of games, I profoundly prefer Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl.
