What are your thoughts on this mod? I personally think it’s pretty badass, even with the Slender Man myth being worn out.
I remember the first time I saw the slenderman myth. I thought it was brilliant the way it preyed on basic human fears.
Then the sun went down and I had to walk my dog in the dark. :fffuuu:
Lol, I was the same way. I first read about it during the day, but then when I got into bed that night I remembered what I had read. Not a very fun night, if I had to say. D:
It’s a shame it’s gonna be known as “slender: source” the mere concept of the coop mechanics alone separate it miles from that POS.
I think it sounds fun.
I voted it in Steam Greenlight but copyright issues prevent it to be approved.
Do you know what copyright issues? Is it the story itself the issue or is it models or textures?
The copyright issue was with the name. Just like with Black Mesa, they can’t have “Source” in the title.
Now it just goes by Faceless, which is more ominous imo.

I just hope that Valve never adds it into Steam.
Why not? If you don’t want it, just don’t download it.
It’s kinda undeserving for such a game that achieved so many ratings by the community, even though they showed little-to-nothing media.
Maybe I just don’t like that they make this game in Source. I mean, that they remake it at all. And even putting a multiplayer in it.
When it comes on Steam, I’ll just ignore it.

I watched some people playing Slender on youtube and they were all screaming like little babies. I saw them and thought, “what a bunch of girls”
Then I played it and cried like a little girl.

That’s exactly what I did, until the person controlling the mouse turned around and Slendy was there… :’(
To be fair, all he really did was photoshop a creepy tall guy with long arms into some images of children playing. It just got out of hand.
He created the character. He has the rights to it.
Matt Groening didn’t do shit on the simpsons aside from create the characters, but he still gets all the credit and money their show makes.
