I don’t know. I feel like I should have some opinion on this, but I don’t. So Imma say he didn’t deserve it.
It’s amazing that they went forward with it, with all the inconsistencies in the case.
I’m usually against dp, but I’m even more so when the witnesses are this unreliable.
it pisses me off mostly because what they were doing to him was pretty much psychological torture
FOUR fucking execution dates
none of that was necessary
The legal system works, how dare you question it.
That’s a good point.
It actually isn’t, but there you go.
The death penalty is a sign of how primitive our society is.
Imagine my surprise when I found out electro shock was still a thing too.
Most countries : innocent until proved guilty
USA : guilty unless with money
black people being killed by white people, what’s new guys
With 2 million inmates, they still bitch about some fairy-tale ‘dictatorships’.
If people would stop bitching, the world would be a fucking boring place.
lol Mark MacPhail
I say he wasn’t killed enough.
Did he not plead guilty the first time around?
but life is full of unanswered questions, like why do I exist? why do I feel the urge to kill hobos? etc…
I was worried idiots would invade.
Anyway, its not my place to decide if he was guilty. Our system is overall an effective one, and it is not the place of outside parties to jump on the “not guilty” bandwagon when they were never at the original trial. The decision lies with the jurors, and I wouldn’t trust others who weren’t there.
Not big on the death penalty in any case.
Too late
Prove me wrong.
