We might see an Easter egg of Chell portaling, because apparently she finds out about the Borealis in P2, and discovers some sort of time travelling technique that Aperture Science were secretly working on. Probably a load of bollocks, but it sounds convincing to me.
Well, GlaDOS also says that the portals are completely safe. Although I suppose itâs possible that she was lying.
But yes, I doubt weâll get access to the portal gun in Ep3. Thatâd take the crossover way too far in my opinion.

Heres what i think.
[b]At the start of episode 3, you wake up in the helicopter already in flight. you will have short bursts of memory of
how you got there, Alex explains that the combine raided White Forest after her dad died and the battle knocked you
out, she saved your ass again. but not before Dog did something awesome and ends up destroying himself to aid in
saving the one free man.
Of course you start with all the basic weapons grav gun, pistol, shotgun, crowbar. The helicopter lands far from
the borialas because combine radar would shoot you down. Thus begins the long hike though physics based platforming
and some were along the way, you lose all your guns. But continuing your journey with Alex as your gunner you gain
a new weapon. once your in the ship you get your old guns, and have to sacrifice the new gun, that triggers a
cataclysmic event that sends you and alex to the combine home world, but you of course got split up, you find her.
Then you hit some kind of kill switch deep in combine epi-center that releases the slaves of the combine that sends
there world into a frenzy. Forcing the advisors to close the last remaining portal to earth, in fear of loosing
there work force. Undoubtedly though you and Alex are way to far from this portal to escape on time. BUT just then
as your about to give up hope, and accept your new life in combine hell. Barney, kliener, lamar, a refurbished and
UPGRADED Dog (thanks to w/e scientist ppl were around ATM) come swooping in from the portal on a chopper, along
with a small army of vortagaunts and start to lift you guys outa that fucking place. And just as u make it to the
exit and advisor snatches just you. the portal closes leaving only you and some vortagaunts to fend for
yourselvesâŠJust then as the advisor starts his routine to suck your brain out, G-Man pops up and says "this is
not what i planned for you"

that way theres a huge opening for HL3
