I’m trying to make a movie in Garry’s Mod and I want to record some special moments from the Half-Life 2 episodes.
I’ve realized that certain animations, sounds and scripted sequences are not working properly in the episodes. Is there a fix to this? It hasn’t always been like this.
This is getting really frustrating, I really hope someone knows how to fix this.
Can you take some screenshots of these problems and post them up on here? Depending on what the NPCs are doing wrong, this can be fixed manually, or you may need to contact Steam about this.
The only thing i can suggest from what information you’ve given would be to reinstall them.
or verify game cache integrity.
I had the same problem a few months back. after Valve switched it over to the new version of the sdk I had to check the game files. also I deleted the .cfg and ran the integrity check. fixed the issue for me.
