Elevator won't open

Apologies if I’m missing something, but the elevator that automatically opens seen about 3 minutes into this video just won’t open for me, am I doing something wrong or do I have a buggy copy?

did you click the button to open the door

The doors should start open and close once you enter and hit the button on the right side.

Perhaps try reloading another save?

I only have 1 save. I’ve tried pressing the button many times. :frowning:

Shouldn’t the game provide multiple autosaves along the way?
