A scientist in AM has a rather hilarious rant about how all he does is push buttons and stare at screens. Then he implies that he hasn’t taken time off in 25 years.
Edit: Sniper09, that was there in HL1 too. It’s the order that you have to go through the portals in.
I found a somewhat disturbing reflection (face) in one of the shut-off monitors at c3a2f. This is not a permanent picture, but a result of light-reflection or something that only appears, when you stand in the right angle. I’m not sure if this was actually intended, or rather a kind of freak-of-nature thing:
Next one isn’t hidden or anything, I just found it to be funny that the waste shredding machinerie has a dial-plate (counter-clockwise also) and a very fucked up keyboard
Last one is not that spectacular, but instantly reminded me of Lost. Could be on purpose. After all, there are Lost-References in Portal as well:
Just after the major marine skirmish in “Questionable Ethics”, as the bodies litter the floor and the scientist comes in he exclaims, “Look what you did…I can’t BELIEVE what you did!”
The scientists in Anomalous Materials who discussed whether an improved version of an existing project could be considered a work of art made me chuckle - meta!
I love all the little references in the dialogue, like security guard that questions you whether it was really necessary for me to spend that hour in the hazard course, and the one who said it was a shame you let the ponytail go.
Although was anyone else than me disappointed by the fact that it’s a security guard’s casserole you blow up - not Dr Magnusson’s?
I took pics of a few, haven’t seen this one shared anywhere yet

step 4: Eli cant come because hes a stupid-face
Eli is saying ‘My daughter is cooler than you’
The other picture is of Breen in his tower with bullets bouncing off from the plane"[/b]
This must have been posted somewhere else though I haven’t found it. This made me chuckle though.
So at some point I realised the amount of monitors at each workstation was increasing to ridiculous levels. It wasnt til it got to 5 monitors that I took a screenshot;
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
