Day Dream suggestion thread

Sometimes I like to just watch… :jizz:

yes I like to watch them too, so that’s pretty cool
Are you going to do it like they spot the Aliens first and shoot you if they spot you? Or will they completely be on your side, until each alien has been erased? I hated it, when a soldier searched backup close to me, reloading and then started to shoot me while Aliens sneaked him up from behind (Zombies) or “shoot” him from behind (Vortigaunts and Alien Grunts), because he only paid attention to me.
If I’d be a HECU I would first team up with my own race (even if it’s Freeman) to defeat the Alien Forces, then I’d try to kill Freeman (but I’d lose anyways  )
I guess I know one of the scenes: when soldiers fight the gargantua in the chapter “Power Up”

It’d be awesome if the bullets would deflect at the metal parts of the Alien Grunts. Probbly not gonna happen though.

What do you think they did in HL1?

They suddenly stopped in their tracks.

There are only sparks no bullets.

:awesome:

If only :frowning:

:awesome:

No interest in ‘‘ripped clothes and spilled guts’’ effects here… Was not in HL1, not in HL2, not in Ep1, not in Ep2 and will not be in Ep3.

Actually, I’m not even interested in gibs. In HL2 I think it looked weird how you could decimate an Antlion to a puddle of yellowish goo with one Revolver shot while the Combine soldiers stayed intact after a nade to the head… The standard zombies were perfect in my opinion. Headcrab, top half, bottom half.

I hope it won’t be overdone in BM. Didn’t really like how the Bullsquid fell apart after a shotgun shot, but ah well, details…

Dibs on the gibs, no seriously, gibs are old school.

In most case the enemies wouln’t gib, only if they’re very close to an explosion or if something else happens to them, I don’t know what the second thing was.

I love’d the gibs but in black mesa I would prefer them to take the realistic aproach.
If you kill an enemy by launching a rocket at him then I want to see gibs, but if he… lets say, falls from a high position onto the ground I would prefer him to stay intact.

Just like in real life :expressionless:

Too bad. It would be great to have the ability to push NPCs when they are standing on the edge.

Yeah I know but… lets suppose I push a ragdoll from a really high place, it should stay intact instead of turning into ground beef for making burgers…

Rawr.

But I guess this is not really relevant since it is [color=red]a huge botomless dark pit of death beneath a trainstation and you won’t even see the body.
However, there are other occasions like this where you CAN see the remains…

It wont gib.

oh u

Hmmm… How about a giant doll that spawn oversized brains, and when you’ve done some stupid shit the head cracks open and you stick a grenade to his brain! That’s a good idea… right?

name one good game that has managed to pull that off.
