I hope Xen will be more like it was in Blue Shift.
Yeah. Half-Life xen kinda sucked, but Blue Shift xen was awesome (except for the part where I got lost in the tunnels).

Back when Blue Shift came out, and before it was patched, I encountered a bug where turning the flashlight on/off RIGHT when the map changed would result in the flashlight breaking for the rest of that save file.
Granted there may have been a simple fix for it but I was 13 at the time and didn’t know quite as much about PCs. Back on topic, I remember getting lost in the tunnels in Xen which was a huge PITA without a flashlight. Especially the water tunnels where drowning was an issue. I had to watch the bubbles to determine which way was up 
Pro Tip: Push mouse away from you (forwards) a few times. That’s up.

I suggest Black Mesa remove the ability to have inverted mouselook.
Best suggestion I’ve ever heard.
The only time I use inverted look is for flight simulators.
I want npc’s to have ragdolled clothes and acurate dynamic dismemberment with fully modeled internal organs so when you shoot someone you can tear shirts, break bones and disembowel.
it would be cool, if the devs include a small scene, where 1-2 soldiers submit to Freeman, since they recognize that he already killed a lot of HECU’s on his way through Black Mesa (maybe they just drop their weapons and say a single sentence and fear him like scientists do when you shoot at them. Just a thought
But these guys aren’t rookies, they are hardcore MARSOC Infantry. They won’t surrender to one man just like that. Besides, they hold a grudge against you because you’ve killed so many of them, that’ll just fuel their rage and will to fight.
