Do you know how incredibly hard and complex it would be to code it so enemy AI is able to predict your movements behind thin walls and fire through where they think you are? That’s space age shit there, son. :fffuuu:
I’ve seen something like it in a video before, but I don’t remember where.
Still, seeing them shoot at where they last saw you, or the object you are hiding behind (if it’s a small one like a barrel) would be awesome.
Or they could just, you know, shoot at where you are. AI’s plugged into the engine, remember? They know these things.
No need for target position dereliction examination and extrapolation interpretation.
I obviously meant if they couldn’t see you. :meh:
Yeah. Instant headshots through walls will be nice. Maybe then hl hould be more difficult to me…
If you find it too easy, edit the skill file and shut the fuck up.
Instead of Hazard Course, have playthrough of a normal day at work for Gordon, or have just a normal running BMRF where you could take a tram, or walk anywhere in the facility, before the Resonance Cascade. Like see what’s going on in Sector B, just explore and see what the people are like.
Too much work but I am already thinking of making a mod like that.
Call it Black Mesa: Yet another day at BMRF.
The ability to take the microwave complete with casserole, throw it in to the anti-mass spectrometer, where in addition to the resonance cascade, the casserole and the microwave become a single inseparable, wieldable, object that fires a variate of colourful beams and orbs of energy; complete with ding when done.
I’d like to see Black mesa being nuked as the end credits roll out and scenes of it burning to the ground It might go well with the slower end credits music, and be well… a little bit sad too:’(
Why? That’s not how HL1 ends.

Why? That’s not how HL1 ends.
Seeing as how Black Mesa was nuked (Word of God) it’s a pretty nice piece of info for someone who won’t play hl1+expansions & it’s the only significant thing the gearbox expansions have actually contributed to the plot. It would just be nice to know about if playing the games in chronological order.
Personally I’d just like to see what the BMRF looks like from the outside, even if it’s just a fan-made rendition.
Not to mention it would be ending the game with a bang! :fffuuu I hate myself for that one)
I always wanted to make a small map showing Black Mesa, or rather the crater, from the surroundings using materials of Black Mesa when it’s released. There probably wouldn’t be anything special to do but to look at the ruins.

Personally I’d just like to see what the BMRF looks like from the outside, even if it’s just a fan-made rendition.
There you have it.
[COLOR=‘Black’]Yeah, I know, it isn’t all underground.
The real daydream of BMS is if it ever gets released!
Have this song play at the credits while BMRF is blowing up. :retard:
