I played the demo of the first one on the PS3 and it ran like shit. It was impossible to aim with such a shitty framerate.
Was that fixed in the full game?

Yeah.
Though, IMO the 360 version FELT a lot better. More responsive.
I AM looking forward to seeing how this quad wielding thing will play out, though I am afraid they may have taken out the semi open world gameplay. I really hope they haven’t.
Wouldn’t surprise me, they mentioned that they didn’t like getting lost in the first game.
Games are becoming more linear these days with bascially arrows pointing were you should go
Well, they said they didn’t like they maze-ish layout of the subway in the first game… I kina agree. When I first went into the subway I did get lost quite a lot. I got used to it though.
I just hope it has that same layout. The thing is that the branching level layout is kinda a starbreeze staple. If starbreeze isn’t doing this game then it’s not unbelievable that you’ll be forced down a straight line. I really REALLY fucking hope we don’t.
Apart from Unreal 1, Digital Extremes isn’t known for making super great single player games.
Let’s see how well they handle this one.
^ my hope has now diminished.
Well… maybe the multiplayer will be better… ugh.
They did make the first three UT games, which were awesome, so it’s not like they’re totally awful at making games.
It feels a lil bit clunky at first, but then it was second nature.
Just buss’ em. Execution kill were the shit.
Ah, the guys who decided to not do the original version of “Dark Sector” and decided to turn it into a clone of every other shooter out there instead of a sci-fi stealth-emup. Failsauce.

some cool shit about execution moves
But I skimmed through article in the magazine for screenshots that are still to be published - and seriously, the game looks like shit.
I would swallow cel shading if it was the only problem, at least on par with Starbreeze engine. But no, while characters occasionally look good (from afar), most of the environment, like benches in the subway, have less detail in them than in Return To Castle Wolfenstein.

and at least it’s gorier that SoF:

Now I’m thinking that this game is going to have more and more media releases and look better and better with each one, then suddenly look like shit and come out shit.
like bms
Or Half life 2.
Half-Life 2 came out shit? O_o
If by “Half-Life 2” they mean your face, then yes it did.
For reals now yo.
This had better live up the epicness of the first one or I will shit a brick bigger than Calfornia on that company’s headquarters. >
You will permanently destroy your anus in your quest for revenge? This is serious business.

Fucking GTFO
Are you fucking retarded?
The first game had obvious potential, and I enjoyed it quite alot. There were alot of problems though, and some poor execution. The same concept done better a second time could become a really brilliant game.
Sorry for the extreme blurry LQ (no real camera in close proximity), but this is fucking retarded. Pay attention to her hair. Not only they had to do those retarded fat outlines, but NO, that was not enough. They ALSO HAD to do the fucking hair out of poligons.
I am sorry, but last time I checked, it was 2011 outside?
FML. I thought they stopped doing this in 2002.
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
