They promise they will focus at PC first, then PC still release later than Console :\

One thing is not exclusive to another. They said lead platform is PC but it’s still releasing first on consoles due to contracts, possibly. That said, the release date for PC is not that far off anyway. And if that gives them more time to make a nice PC version, then so be it.

I know for sure the engine is completely new and it performs much better on consoles than the previous games, and since the lead platform is (supposedly) the PC, it should be a proper PC game when it comes to that.

There’s ton of other stuff like refined mechanics and shit, but I’m not sure what they are, so you’ll probably want to Google that.
