So on a thread that got a lost during the crash, I previously said that I wanted to try Electronica music composition. And I also said that I own Cubase. It turn out it’s Cubase SE1. And I’m wondering, is it enough? Because it looks kinda old.
Well, I don’t know much about the subject, but at this website
https://namm.harmony-central.com/SNAMM06/article/Steinberg/Cubase-SE1-VAP.html
it got a 2.5 out of 5.0
But it’s better than nothing!
Is it “enough” for what? To try Electronica music composition? Probably. Is it enough for professional audio engineers or whatever? I doubt it.
If you’re looking for another audio workstation, and don’t feel like torrenting anything, try Reaper (https://www.reaper.fm) for free.
Its what I use for all of my audio needs.
Using old software in the audio industry is never a problem.
