That’s right, I’m back after a long half-week of shenanigans and the fact that a terrible company (Windstream) ruined my internet for me on a friday night! They broke my modem, but whatevs they gave me a new one that comes with a $50 rebate(so the jokes on them.). Valve also noticed that I was missing, and they loved me so much that they gave me 2 copies of the CS:GO Beta.

…and to celebrate, I bring a gesture of good will. The first one to respond to this will receive a free guest pass to the Counter Strike:GO beta, where you will be allowed to face me in mortal kombat.

Just played a few matches. Arms Race is fun.

Overall the game feels a tad slower than CS1.6 and CSS but I might be wrong. Also still needs a bit of polish, ran into a few bugs and glitches.

Oh and they added a taser.

Arms Race is definitely my jam ATM.

I like the recent changes they’ve made to the weapons and movement, but the game still needs a lot of work. The audio and animations need complete overhauls, and the graphics on some levels (like Aztec) have serious issues. Aztec looks like it was textured by a blind gorilla with no hands.

I’m sure they’re planning on fixing that stuff once the gameplay is a little more solidified, though.

Valve is giving an extra key for who already has CS:GO (at least in my country) and I gave my extra key yesterday. Sorry

I used to play CS a lot until I got better games

overall detail in player models, guns and the new maps (demolition/arms race) is insane, can’t wait for HL2 EP3…

I was like that originally, but I played it on a friend’s computer and I liked it a lot more than 1.6 and CSS.

Also, if anyone were to have a spare key, I’d be most gracious if they gave it to me. :3

Yeah I’m in that boat as well. I would LOVE a key so I can play that shit before I get shipped off for basic.
