All that build-up for early access, multiplayer, no Xen, and no Xen release date. >< I always knew it might turn out that way, but I still don’t get why they had to do it in a way that was guaranteed to get people’s hopes up. :<
Also: “Black Mesa will be $19.99 USD during the Early Access phase.” …And yet it’s $21.99. >.> Still plan to get it, just thought that was kinda weird…
If you’re the owner of this website “Contact your hosting provider letting them know your web server is not completing requests. An Error 522 means that the request was able to connect to your web server, but that the request didn’t finish. The most likely cause is that something on your server is hogging resources.”
Gee, I wonder what could be the ‘something’ that is hogging resources?
LOL
It’s alright guys, I had an adrenaline shot because holy christ my mind, body & soul could not prepare me for the sight of seeing BM hit Steams Early Access when that countdown hit zero.
Maybe different VAT in different countries? But I can not see any specification on the receipt for the VAT though so it’s hard to confirm…
By the way what has been updated in this version compared to the original, released more than 2.5 years ago (except adding multiplayer support)? Can not find a changelog anywhere…
People can be rather greedy, but I’ve been in the “I can’t afford this” boat countless times over.
It really sucks to want something an incredible amount, only to be kept from it because you can’t afford a few bucks.
I don’t have the money to buy it right now, but let me tell you, they could have put it up for $40 and I’d still think it’s worth it!
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
