Wii is the only true next gen console. The others are just upgrades on an existing system, granted I wish they had given it alot more muscle but it still completely changes how you play games. Not just sitting infront of a screen with a controller but actually interacting with the game.
I agree, with proper connections you can do this no problem… I hijacked a 40+ inch screen at work several months ago to play games on using my laptop. It completely changed the experience, I felt like I was console gaming with a super controller.
Buy a gaming laptop, expensive as hell but you can do it just as easily with a LAN or even a wifi connection. Only difference is you can’t see their screen, which is a negative thing for me about console gaming anyways.
Also I want my own screen not to share it with 3 other people, even on a large TV it shrinks your image to that of an average computer moniter anyways so why do people think that’s better, I like ambushing people and it gets alot harder when when they see you sitting in your hiding spot
