K, it’s been 1 year + 3 months since I got my latest (custom) PC and need some recommendation for what should I upgrade
So here’s my specs:
I realize my graphics card is quite outdated and my top priority to upgrade, but what should I replace it with? And are there any other things that i should make note of?

Your Radeon REALLY NEEDS AN UPGRADE NOW. Others are looking good.
BTW I am not a pro in the hardwares so don’t ask me… 
I’m guessing the budget for that PC wasn’t that large, so I’m also guessing your budget now isn’t that large.

I would guess that if you upgrade your graphics card and nothing else, your memory and CPU aren’t really going to bottleneck it that much. If you’ve got the money, you could go up to to an i5 2500K and 8GB of RAM as well.
Nah, he would have to change the mobo in that case too. Different sockets.
