only two that I have counted so far. but I am not trying. I am sure if he logged into another account we would figure it out.
This a thousand times. Honestly, if its not backed up with real life bullying, what kind of colossal idiot takes that stuff seriously.
everytime someone accuses me of being some other dingus i stare off into the distance and shed a single tear.
For your consideration…
If someone makes a video of you on the toilet by (unbeknownst to you) holding a camera above the separator wall and uploads it to YouTube for millions to see, for 4chan to making demotivators of it, for “jokers” remixing the video with “hilarious” music and reuploading it to dozens of sites etc.,
then clearly, the damage caused is only possible because of the digital/internet nature of that action.
Similarly, sending a fat girl at school a paper note which says “You’re a fat filthy pig, Stephanie Morgan Newman!” will hurt her feeling, but destroying that paper will make the paper “disappear”. But creating a google-archived
blog “Stephanie Morgan Newman born 1995 is a fat filthy pig!” will stay with her forever; when she is looking for a job 15 years later, her potential employers will still be able to find that blog and read through it.
When couple of bullies beat you nearly to death at a school corridor, it’s certainly bad, but only couple of people know about it. If 500 000 000 facebookers have access to a video featuring your face and your defecating issues, then you may be very well ruined for the rest of your life – especially if this happens at a high school, since in that case your face will not change so much when you grow up.
So, cyber-bullying is a category which should be kept in mind, because bruises and broken bones heal; digital videos stay forever.
Just like courts tend to consider additional circumstances (organized action, notable suffering etc.), whoever is dealing with bullies should also consider whether cyberspace was involved.
like I said, Bullies must get every bone in their bodies cracked
I just tell myself that the reason they’re like this is because they got mistreated by their parents or got bullied at school before so I pity the bully.
At my schools kids never went as far as physical bullying. I got insulted a shit ton and I started fights about it. One fucker ripped my Half-Life shirt. I stopped fighting people after that.
In Norway, if you are a “russ” you can get a knot in your hat by beatin’ up a 1st grader!
My $0.02 cents.
I wasn’t bullied much as a munchkin, there were a few occasions, but nothing serious.
Now I’m about 6 FT 2 IN and pretty lean, mean, and intimidating. Over all I kept to myself at an early age, I hated crowds, I dislike them now’a days. I had it lucky though, I made the decision to pull myself out from public school by the end of elementary.
If I hadn’t I probably would have had quite a few marks on the juvie record, and be a hell of a lot more violent than I am now… and quite possibly developed a reputation for kicking the asses of anyone who decided to try to mess with me.
Anyway, slipping out of the public school system… I benefited from it greatly, as I got accepted to a college by the age of sixteen with out really applying myself. I still had my dignity and self esteem intact. Three years later (with being limited by academic restrictions) still there working for my associates while about half the people I know are still stuck in highschool, and they’re around my age.
My social interaction came from masonic youth (and possibly masonry itself) when I got involved with it around 2-3 years before I got pulled into the college level things. The morals and ethics I value came from a combination of my father’s interactions and some that I developed on my own.
Enough about my life story. On a further note, yes I would intervene if someone (kid or otherwise) was getting wailed on, but not a verbal argument, unless it was looking like it was getting to the boiling point. I’ve done it a few times. I HAVE been trained to kill someone with my bare hands and thankfully I haven’t had any situations where I have had to use those skills… yet, hopefully never will.
Killing people with your bare hands is pretty hard to get away with, even out of self defense.
I assume you mean strangling or something and not death punchies
Meh, nah, I.E. Boxing, wrestling, Martial arts, that sort.
But yes, strangling and a sleeper hold might fall under that…
Stop doing this
No. The more confused you are the more my insane plan succeeds. insert evil laugh here
I’m sure he means “stop contradicting yourself” and not “stop confusing me” also your nickname sucks and your signature doesn’t make sense.
I’m a sophmore at a high school where there’s like 110 kids in each grade, very small. Almost no bullying and everyone knows everyone, so we know all of the cool kids (assholes), the only bullying I really see is people fucking with the weird kids, but other than that not really.
I meant boxing as a sport. Not as “death punchies” (should be punching/punches) as he referred to it. Primarily, his grammar & spelling was off by a lot, but I didn’t call him out on it.
Martial arts, Wrestling, Kick Boxing, etc. They’re skills someone can learn to defend themselves from attack, combine that with a sharp intellect (they can think on their feet during combat) you have a pretty potent combination.
That collocates into something called respect and/or the ability to hand the bullies ass back to them.
This is a discussion, if you want to insult someone go find a troll who would be willing to annoy the hell out of you. Otherwise, keep it civil. I did nothing to you or this community, I expect the same decency out of at least some of you.
The sig does make sense if you know what weapons do what.
Back in the past muskets have the tendency when using black powder to leave a very large cloud of smoke (when using a smooth bore or otherwise) when you fire the weapon. As a result it was extremely difficult to snipe with the weapon on the battlefield because almost off the bat you would be spotted by an enemy combatant.
Compare that to a hacker on a game server.
a smart person would just ignore my post instead of getting trolled, and who doesn’t know the difference between a musket and sniper rifle? I’m saying the analogy doesn’t make sense.
Anyway I was just being on topic (bullying)
I rather think that “the reason they’re like this” is because they don’t really know what they are doing. Like a kid that likes to pull the legs of a spider off, one by one, to see it trying to walk with less legs. The kid doesn’t have empathy for the spider despite knowing that the spider is suffering.
I was one of the weird kids. I guess that is what everyone who was bullied used to be categorized as. They don’t really know what they are doing, they think weird kids are ok to bully. What is the big deal with pulling the legs of a spider off?
Sometimes I have the impression that the world contains no evil, just plain stupidity and lots of psychological issues.
