If you found someone trustworthy enough to handle some of your money I would recommend a US citizen to order from newegg and then send you the parts.
Your computer: not bad.

sadly I donāt have āclose relativesā but we have a friend living there but oh well.
also I found this site āhttps://www.geeks.comā does it ship outside the US ?
You shouldnāt have to worry about a sound card if money is an issue, most motherboards these days have good quality built-in.
man you made my day , BIG THANKS !!
No problem man. Glad to help.
guys do you recommend this card for me ?
so this is what Iāve chosen so far, watcha think guys ?

Thatās old shit and way too expensive.
The card is good.
The CPU is good, you could overclock that stable to 3.6 GHz with a slightly increased voltage. I suggest you go for DDR-3 (PC3-10600) memory though, 1333 MHz should be enough for the CPU running at 3.8 GHz, at this frequency make sure you get decent timings ( 8-8-8 ).
For improved harddisk speed get two HDDās of smaller size then put them in a RAID 0 array (so 2x350 GB would be 700 GB total with double performance, striped data 128k - setting up RAID is explained in mobo manual )
Make sure you have ways to back-up your system because if one drive fails you lose all files.
For DDR-3 memory youād have to pick a different motherboard, if this is not within your price range then stick with DDR-2. Make sure to pick memory which is listed on the QVL (qualified vendor list) for the motherboard, otherwise stability of the system might be in danger.
The powersupply (750 watt) is overkill, 600 watt with 80% effeciency (minimum) should be enough unless you plan on going SLI.
edit:
When picking a motherboard, make sure it supports overclocking in some way. Getting a Q9550 and not overclocking it is pointless. (why run at 2.8 GHz when you could run at 3.6 GHz 24/7?)
edit 2:
Also before I forget, make sure you get a custom cooler for the CPU incase youāre overclocking, a Zalman CNPS 9700 will keep it cool but itās on the expensive side. Try looking up some reviews of cheaper models and see whichones best. This cooler will fit in a small tower, unless you got a 120mm+ fan on the side panel.
Raid is the absolute wrong thing to do. In the worst case it would be slower than without it. But I recommend to buy one faster and smaller harddisk and one bigger but slower disk for use as storage.
I already have 120GB HD and Iāll still use it after I BUY this kit if you know what I mean
Here might be a better kit.

Phenom II > everything
Match this with an ati card and your good to go.
For me RAID 0 is clearly faster than a single harddrive, most noticeably shorter loading times in video games and the speed at which large files can be copied (my write speeds literally doubled) on a harddrive. Some people will argue differentely about it, in theory it should be much faster but I guess it depends on what youāre doing. Reading reviews would be the best way to go.
ok then so I decided that Iāll buy a new PC on august cause Iāll have more money then , Iāll still ask for your suggestions mates. thanks to all who helped here, really appreciated
Perfect pc.
Hi,

Thatās not a signature thatās a fucking wallpaper!
I know, itās bloody huge, takes up about half this page.
