I concur with OP. Twilight Princess Boss battle Music in general was badass.
Especially when it plays that small bit for when you attack that sweet spot on a boss. Dynamic Music has always been smexy.
The Ganon boss battle had better music than Zant, it just felt epic. But then again, so does all the Ganon music, especially in OOT.
So epic, I really like that song.
Yoshi’s Island. Don’t let the childish graphics fool you; it’s a really good game with challenging levels. The end boss battle is really cool.
I just mute the game and play Guile’s Theme in the background, because Guile’s Theme goes with etc.
This isn’t boss music, but It has something about it that makes me feel determined, so I like to throw it on if a game doesn’t have good music but has a cool boss battle:

For me this was probably the first real boss theme I would whistle.
