I’m looking at setting up a small wordpress website with a form where you can fill in your name/address/preference. Figured that would be the easiest way to gather up everyone without throwing the contact info all over this forum.

Wow Maxey, sorry to hear that. The best advice I have for you is to consider getting a professional cyclist. After all, if you want things done right, you should pay a professional to do it for you. 
I may be interested in this. I would be willing to (but prefer not to ) pay for international shipping.
If I get someone in Australia, I’ll even go to a different post office than normal to see if it gets there faster than 2 months! (sent something to Jambo once, it took way too long, he sent something to me once, it never arrived, or he’s a lying bastard and never sent it!)
