I was wondering on how to do I mesure the black mesa logo seen on this picture of next verison of Barney? My Idea was to make a patch for halloween outfit this year.

Re: 2 - If he’s having to resort to asking a forum how big to make the badge, I suspect the costume make take him the next 8 months.
