Black Mesa is a lot less illuminated in the mod, wouldn't you agree?

I heard BM might have gameplay. Honestly, I find that preposterous.

I always liked lens flares…

My favorite gimmick.

I hope not, I wouldn’t want something as trivial as gameplay to get in the way of all the graphical bling :stuck_out_tongue:

Agreed ^

I heard there is rampant use of the carve tool in every single map… :jizz:

Oh yes Pfhor, you’re one to know ENTIRELY about rampancy.

EDIT:
Here’s a diagram to explain the difference between some post-processing features.

I included brown overlay because it’s an actual post-processing effect that resident evil 5 uses!
So the all of them at once is a typical resident evil 5 scene :s

My eyes! They burn!

Lol bloom?
More like fast blur. And stop confusing HDR with HDRR.

i think Lambda Labs looks good clean and untouched, i looks like the employees of black mesa are actualy still working and keeping a sense of order, within this anarchy.

Just go about your business gentlemen, pay no mind to the headcrabs

God those mockups look awful > :frowning:

It’s in the name, Black Mesa Research Facility.

I believe that you sir, just won the internet.

Well I hope they do it right.

Will there be more torus?

Honestly, I think we would all prefer to look upon a static image of a plethora of high quality post-processing effects on top of an image of MORE effects, rather than actually play a game based on one of my (and presumably most of your) favorite games ever.

Needs moar torus.

A’ight, let’s do this one more time:

Needz moar actual bloom.

Ooo, more COD:Science Mesa media.

Oh yuss, we forgot the iron sights. Someone will have to do that again.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
