BLACK MESA - DVD Sleeves ( Covers / Box Art )

Yes, it is. :stuck_out_tongue:

I am just making a few adjustments and I’ll upload it.

EDIT: Here it is:

Currently working on my own.
So far I have the basic layout done.

To be honest, I think the picture of Gordon is completely out of place :meh:

That actually really very good  like it, if the game was retailed i bet it would look something like that, good work XD

um, did I miss it or is there a full version of this somewhere? I cant save your version unless I have the whole pic.

Folks, this is what we have now. This includes:

  1. Your own art

    (name example: UnhingedMouse0-01.jpg)

  2. Those where you took someone elses art and changed it up

    (name example: unhingedmouse0_editby-adam_01.jpg)

  3. You have something from the past but dont know where it came from or the name of the original author

    (name example: UnknownAuthor-wheybags-03.jpg)

  4. You have something from the past but dont know where it came from or the name of the original author but you made some edits to it

    (name example: UnknownAuthor-editby-wheybags-02.jpg)

As you can see, it would greatly benifit everyone if you start from scratch, but if you MUST use someone elses, you will need to change more than 50% of it in order to call it your own.

Anyone disagree? Feel free to discuss. I am flexible.

Awesome Catz. Nicely done.

I will try and get mine done very soon.

I agree with steppen, Gordon looks kinda weird on there Omega… :fffuuu:

Looks good Catz.

Here’s mine. Pretty sure it’s complete anyways. May not necessarily be the final version.

Here’s how it looks printed out. (sorry for the quality. camera phone)

And here is my template for anyone who’s interested.

Yeah, it’s a bit weird, but I have no idea of what to put there… :fffuuu:
Any ideas?

Just put two screenshots in there, like in the original. Or leave it empty - sometimes less is more

I tried to make No. 2 as accurate as possible. :stuck_out_tongue: This is what it looks like when u use a shitty printer. :frowning:

Hey, pretty cool print. I will get it if black mesa team release that as official box art.(Which mean that is fat chance)

Why should they release an official boxart, if there will never be a retail version of Black Mesa?

I am kinda sure this is an ‘un’ official thread.

This reminds me. What happened to the old Balk Meas sleeve? :brow:

What the fuck, dude? Did you see i put a “fat chance” in the end?:meh:

Does anyone know how, if possible, to burn this to a cd/dvd with the right files to install it from the cd/dvd? Like having an auto run installer. Also how would one go about burning a cover on the actual disc? Like this one:

Err… just burn the files to a disk. When you put it in, just double-click the install exe if they include one, or just copy/paste the files to the appropriate folder in your steam folder. I’m sure there will be a guide for noobs.

Either buy sticky printable labels (lame) or get yourself a printer that prints onto printable disks. There’s plenty of cheap printers that do it, and the disks with the white printable surface are cheap as hell.

However the best option is to join the rest of us approaching the new decade and just get more HDD space. No-one uses optical disks anymore.

Yeah, they should start selling games on memory sticks.

you DO realize the ‘names’ on it is not accurate tho hm?
