It’s coming along very well! The round bit above the camera looks a little bit too blocky for it’s size.
what do you mean?
You can see the brush faces too clearly, I think. I’d increase the amount of brushes that make up that curve to smooth it.
Although looking at it closer, it might just be the edge that looks like that.
It’s probably the edges. I know a similar technique is used for the beginning tunnels of On a Rail. Probably the best thing you could do, which will also help from a design consistency standpoint, is to put a metal border around there, like as seen in the attached picture.
I see, I’ll leave it as it is for the time being. I don’t want to waste resources making it look 10% smoother as I’m going to be cutting it fine with brushwork in the rest of the map lol
That being said, once i’ve finished detailing the rest I will see what % of brushwork i’m at and if I can spare some I’ll chuck some extra vertices.
Fair enough. It’s not too important.
DON’T JUDGE ME.
:’(
What the hell else am I supposed to spend my day doing?
Take a beer, drink it, and let the imagination flow to your brain.
That doesn’t make you more imaginative, it just lowers your threshold for creativity.
Or raises it, really depends on the person
It’s my Social conductor. All I find it useful for.
Can we expect some new media?
I vote Trainyard media, don’t care what stage it is. Trainyard was one of my favourite parts!
I like trains :retard:
:jizz:
can you please not leak my stuff please? It is very disrespectful! :fffuuu:
haha
I’m working on my first proper media release with shots from all over Duty Calls since i’m at about 75% finished with that chapter. I’m working on the mod chapter by chapter since i feel that is how i work best. I’ll be starting Captive Freight after I release the media
Anyway to wet your appetites of what is to come, have this blurry shot <3
I want to taste it.
Gimme.
You wanna taste some dirt?:hmph:
You don’t? That’s some excellent looking dirt.
