H3:ODST has the best menu music of all the Halos. The rest are really nice, but they’re the wrong kind of depressing. Except Reach. Reach music sounds like MIDIs made with a fart synthesizer
This, MGS2, MGS music in general is awesome. I love the Zelda themes, Zelda music in general is awesome. The Mirror’s Edge theme is really good too. I could think of a lot more, but I’ll leave it at this.

Also, I still fail to see what’s so great about the Morrowind theme. It always seemed rather bland and samey to me. Maybe that’s what happens when you ignore the main quest and just spend 20 levels running around having to listen to it on repeat…

Black Crypt Theme < This one’s pretty badass too, made by Raven’s composer for Heretic/Hexen before those games.
Deus Ex. There’s just something incredibly epic and exciting about it, even if it falls a little on the cheesy side. Always reminded me of the song from the old X-Men cartoon for some reason too.
Also, Baldur’s Gate 1 and 2 both had pretty killer main themes.

While most people were playing streetfigher or MK, I was playing MK and Body Blows. Loved the music for these games.

While not a theme song necessarily, Total Annihilation also had some of the best in game music.
C&C had some catchy Techno-Rock
Doom 3’s theme sounded like a Tool song (although it was Trent Reznor from NIN who produced it.)

I agree, that theme is so fucking awesome! Actually, the whole game is fucking awesome. Actually, ALL the games are fucking awesome!
