Best free games

Where can I get FarCry for free? I’ve been meaning to play that for quite some time.

Edit: Never mind.

Yeah, Far Cry isn’t free anymore. It was only free for people in the US, but when they realised that non-US people were downloading and playing it for free, they cancelled the deal. They said that if they can figure out how to make it so that ONLY US citizens can download and play the game, then the offer will go back up…

Anyway…Full Spectrum Warrior is free, using ads (I didn’t see many ads when I played, though). It’s a fun game, too bad that it lag for me, which is odd. It’s not really very pretty, but it is a fun and challenging game, and graphics aren’t everything.

America’s Army 3 is free and on Steam. It’s A LOT better than it was at release. Other than two graphical glitches and a physics glitch, I haven’t seen any bugs return this time around. Not bad for a free game that started out without the ability for people to finish training. It still has a way to go, but it’s not NEARLY as bug-ridden as it once was.

I have always enjoyed Battle for Wesnoth. If you like fantasy turn-based games, then you might try that one out or check their site out. Just Google Battle for Wesnoth. Open source, free, and in my opinion is better than most commercial games. I have been playing it off and on for years.

Cheers.

Fallout 1 and Sim City 1 are also free.

Fallout 1 isn’t free.
