Is this the crate with infinite RPG ammo? I always thought it would be better if there are heaps of rockets inside it instead of just 5 which simply disappear and reappear on re-opening.

No this is just one of the other military crates. The one you are talking about was a re-skinned HL2 prop. Problem with that is the additional code required for set up it’s just easier to reuse it.

Wouldn’t you need to replace those resources (the RPG crate) anyway for the retail release due to legal shenanigans? Forgive me, since it’s an off tangent question.

About the newest set of work, the one on the right with the classic checkerboard (missing textures); is that an animated screen or simply another model that’s supposed to go there?

The right is the compiled version without the center screen texture. I haven’t finished it. It will be animated.

So I have finally gotten this one done. Animated textures are a pain to keep straight when there are multiple moving parts :wink:

On topic, great work as always. While they are a pain in the ass, I think these animated bits will really pay off at increasing the immersiveness.
