Battlefield 3 Graphics problem

I’ve been having this issue while playing the BF3 beta:

It only happens on Caspian Border, Operation Metro works just fine.

Specs:
i5 2500
MSI GTX 560 ti twin frozr

I’ve tried with the stable and the beta drivers. The glitch/bug is present with both of them. BF3 is only game that has given me this (or any) kind of trouble.

Could this be a problem of the drivers having problems with a factory overclocked card? Should I get an RMA or just wait for the final stable release?

Wait for the final release of both the game and drivers. If the problem persists, contact the card manufacturer then.
