Batman Arkham City stuck at Wonder Tower Access!

I’m on the the mission to get the master control program from the Tyger helicopter, but once I’ve found the correct helicopter and downloaded the program, I can’t go any further, I took out the two snipers and tried to access the advanced door lock using Batman hacking machine, but everytime I try batman says that he can’t access it without finding Tyger master control program! am confused folk I need help

I was making fun of you for coming to BLACK MESA forums with a BATMAN problem…

the save was bugged, I’ve installed the patch, and it fixed it
