so recently I installed Batman AC and everything seems good, but apparently there are no cutscenes in the game, for instance when I get into the room with Two-face and his gang after he shoots me the game fades to black and then it shows Two-face hanging upside down, and also I missed lotta of good cutscenes from the beginning of the game till now, I looked everywhere but there’s not solution !
help would be appreciated

No Steam integration? If yes, try verifying the files.
If not, try running the game installer again, might have a repair feature or maybe in the Programs and Features option in the Control Panel.
How big is the folder that the game’s in? The cutscenes in the game total at like 10 GB or something alone since they’re all in 1080p.

Yeah, the Steam install is ~17 GB.

I need more information about the status of the game in order to help you. Did it integrate with Steam or did it install by itself like any other game? Can you check if by running the installer again if it has a repair feature?

no it didn’t integrates with steam, and I guess everytime a cutscenes triggers, instead of the actual scene, a scene with Joker talking starts and it doesn’t have any sound
Reinstall the game, if the problem persists, contact the game makers.
already did that and it’s useless =/ I guess I have to take it back to the shop
I don’t think they’ll take it back if you’ve already used your cd-key on GFWL.
update: I just downloaded the missing file file “MoviesStereo” it’s about 7.66 GB and everythings perfect now ;D
