  1. Is ATI Radeon HD 4250 a high end video card than ATI Radeon 3000 series?

  2. Should i trust “System Requirements Lab Analysis” results to determine if i can run a game? Even though its giving me inaccurate reslts??

Think about that for a second.
Your best bet is to just compare the system requirements to your system specs. But yes, it is a little better than the 3000 series.
