So the next Assassin’s Creed has already been announced.

You’ll be playing Connor’s grandfather Edward Kenway who’s a assassin pirate, or something. You’ll be able to meet all the badass pirates like Blackbeard and Calico Jack.
The game is open-world, so you’ll be able to take ships to different places of the Caribbean, the game will also feature naval warfare (well duh it IS a pirate game) akin to the ACIII mission, just more open.
