Shai (whatever it is) law =/= Islam. You’re going too far down the track in determining the cause.

Let us consider the whacky “religion” of scientology. Ignoring politics they basically believe in the return of alien Lord Xenu, some alien leader or whatever. Now theoretically one could say that the cause of this is from the findings of xenobiologists, who work in the field of life on other planets. You could go even further still and say that astronomers are the ones revealing habitable planets, supporting xenobiologist theories.

Seems like a logical progression to say that astronomers are the cause for scientology coming into existance. But this of course is bullshit. Just because someone takes some research and evidence from something legitimate and twists it to make a fairly loopy message doesn’t mean the originators of the evidence are to blame.

Islam is a religion founded upon the teachings of the Qu’ran. Shadi has already stated that a lot of shia law practices are not in the Qu’ran, and are forbidden by it in some cases. Blaming Islam for the cause of unrestful countries using shia law is as ignorant as blaming the Hubble Space Telescope team for making Tom Cruise go mental.

Because those countries are the most hostile, and 4 out of 5 of those have the Sharia law. Coincidence? I think not.

Those five countries are also in the southern hemisphere, so that must mean all countries in the southern hemisphere are “hostile.”

There are people from all those countries in Belgium. That must mean all immigrants in Belgium are hostile.

Seriously, you can come up with any number of things these countries have in common. It means fuck all. Come back when you have a decent argument.

Learn to read. It’s not because of misinterpretation. It’s because of misinformation, culture, poverty, exploitation (by the west, mostly) and abuse of power. The same thing happened in Europe in the middle ages. Crusades anyone?
