Topic or die.
Do you get pissed at the dudes who do steroids (since you said you’re natural) and create this whole stereotype that people who grow that big are all tards who use drugs to get that big and that growing like that is actually unhealthy?
If I plan to work out in the morning would I be better off eating before or after working out.
Also what would you consider to be a good diet.
Even I know that you should never do strenuous activity of any kind without eating first.
Just trying to keep Kaze busy.
The only people I criticize for using any sort of prohormone or androgenic steroid are the guys who are just looking for a quick and easy way around the hard work that is required to reach your natural genetic limits. When you finally hit that wall (and not just a plateau, everyone hits those, and they just take effort and time to overcome) where you cannot possibly grow or gain anymore, if you’re passionate enough in your pursuit and you are thoroughly educated on whatever substance you are using and their proper PCTs and cycles, then I hold no judgment against you.
People on steroids and hormones still have to keep a strict diet and work hard. It isn’t magic juice that makes you grow while you chill playing Xbox or something. It just makes the process a lot more effective and fast.
The only reason you would not want to eat before you train is if you are looking to do a quick HIIT cardio session in the morning to burn off stored carbs in the form of fat. Otherwise, eat. And eat a lot.
A “good diet” can be defined by a million different things. It’s all dependent on your goals.
What is your current occupation and was that choice affected by your body building?
Can you name a good routine for bulking arms and shoulders? This is the one area where I haven’t had much success doing my own thing.
What kind of exercises should I do if I only want to work out casually, at home, without any appliances, and if I don’t want to look overly muscly, but just fit?
That’s pretty much what I look like now, though, but maybe I can make it better, somehow :retard:
I currently ride my bike often enough, and every once in a while (maybe twice in a good week, sometimes more) I do sit-ups with the legs up and with the legs down, and some push ups. Also some push ups with my arms behind me on a chair and my legs on another chair.
Inb4 cool story bro.
I’m just wondering, what’s the ideal age to start body building?
Holy Fuck! :fffuuu:
Why is Muscle March not available on eBay or Amazon?
EDIT: Never mind, it’s only downloadable in Japan.
My only question is whether or not that is considered a good game in Japan. And why.
Goddamned Japanese surrealist wackiness. My brain is bleeding rain puppy oleander now.
Have you considered taking Nootropics and learning special forces skills and becoming the most Dangerous Warrior EVER!?
I’ll take the liberty to quote Jenna Haze here:
“It gives me protein. mock advertisement voice: The protein I need to get through the day chuckle”
She’s an expert, so to speak. I’ll trust her opinion on that one.
Okay. My wrestling coach suggested I might be able to make the process easier by using diuretics. This sort of thing isn’t really something I gravitate towards, as I’m more prone to try and get my body to do what I want through regular food and activity. Is there risks to diuretics? I’m not really looking to take risks for this sort of thing. Is there benefits to it? I’m pretty sure there are pitfalls, but never having taken them before I don’t know how my body would react to it…especially when I would be in an already fairly dehydrated state to begin with.
