Ask A Bodybuilder

seriously ppl I understand how someone cannot PULL up but not being able to push up?

I couldn’t do pushups for a few years, but that was after throwing out my back…

I may become maximum 1,75 meters if I don’t get enough calcium…

Motherfucker!
Where can I find a chinning bar THAT wide?
Anyone have any ideas?

I know a steel fabricator or two…

Do you also happen to know a postman who can deliver it overseas hassle-free? :stuck_out_tongue:

Intense, bro. If you happen to get two, send it my way.

I honestly doubt that 99% of people in here would be able to lift their asses 1 inch from that position.
Time for my favorite today:

The most fun exercise to include in your back routine.

Hellz yeah.

And no, I prob couldn’t lift myself up with that bar initially…but the only way to get better at it is to get out and do it. :stuck_out_tongue:

Jamming weights into your crotch?

:expressionless:

YAAFM

Its what he looks like he’s doing. His expressions add to this.

Well, try to lift at least 20 kilos from the floor up to your chest. I bet you are going to snap your spine, leave alone your facial expressions.

And the movement itself is beneficial to humping from extreme positions.

20 kilos isn’t that much. I do that one handed, and I’m not that strong. Granted, I use my other hand for support, but I don’t put that much pressure on it to do them.

I meant 20 kilo plate on the bar, but yes, it’s not much. 20 kilo dumbbell, in the other hand, is pretty solid.
Well, I’ve seen people not being able to press an empty bar more than for 3 reps. I couldn’t believe it was possible, I thought the guy was jerking around. Turned out he was not.
I mean, how can one atrophy his muscles to such a point?

disease?

Or rather, sitting in front of a PC 24/7 :3

Yo Kaze, is it possible to gain 80-90 pounds of muscle in five years, provided I work my ass out, eat and sleep well and the fact that I am 20 and I’ve gained about 18-20 lbs in 5 months (initially)?
What is your personal experience?

is it possible to break a kindey from doing pushups? because I just found blood in my pee… :fffuuu:

I’d get that checked. And I don’t think it has to do with the push ups.
