[ARG] The Pizza Code Mystery

I always thought that ThEpIzZaIsaLiE is something related to binary. Take each capital letter and put a 1 in place and put a 0 in place for each lowercase letter. 10101010100101

I tried that, too. I used 1’s for the capitals, then inverted that. This created two solutions: 10101010100101 and 01010101011010. I then made 4 pairs from that–the first and last 8 of each set.

All I got out of it was: a lowercase ā€œaā€; the Yen/Yuan symbol ā€œĀ„ā€; a capital ā€œUā€; and a capital ā€œZā€.

I was thinking more in the terms of using it as a key or adding it on to the 752 hex code when it’s converted to binary or something like that.

SITE thepizzaisalie. It pointed towards where the halos.txt and the grilledpizza.jpeg were found. At least that’s what was determined back in the day, in 2013.

Yes we know that. We’re just venturing further into it, specifically the odd capitalization of thepizzaisalie part.

I’m slightly worried about Stormseeker’s website. It doubles as his portfolio, so I’m not too sure why he has left it by the wayside. Not only is it important to the ARG, it’s gotta be important for his portfolio/design career.

Hmmm . . . .

I tried bmrf.org and that yielded something possibly good. Check the Whois Domain Registry too for more proof it can be good.

Question is if it’s related to the Pizza Code Mystery or not.

nice find!

We’ve already found it before… It’s nothing as far a we can tell. Feel free to poke around a bit more but I doubt you’ll find anything.

The site registrant is based out of Georgia. Probably not related, but definitely a nice find.

TEIZILE backwards spells ELIZIET, which happens to be a correct spelling for a Name.

I had mentioned this a while ago, about the console in qe that seems like it triggers something. it has about 3 seconds or so once the button is pushed until it comes back as if the time window is up. as if something has to be entered or punched in somewhere else in that time. Last night, running around lambda core, at the point of the 247 entry through the portals. if you do it out of order, you find several of these consoles in spots that seem a bit obvious. as if they are standing out for a specific reason. Unlikely sure, but if I hit the switch in one game, could it change the status of one of the consoles at the end of the game in someone elses game just for a moment? this could be tested with 1 other person if anyone is willing at some point. if it is the case, one of the consoles will change when the first one is hit, would take maybe a couple of minutes to run around to each one while someone else is hitting the first one to check it.

Just checked that button in the vmf. It’s just for set dressing, no outputs.

Okly doky, thanks

Hi, everybody. I’m new but I’ve been reading this forum page as a guest for a while. Although I probably can’t do anything useful I’ll be glad to help in anyway I can (which rules most things out). This ARG is really interesting and difficult so I hope you guys solve it very soon. (That is, if StormSeeker lets you…)

Hi there, PotatoesCanFly13. Maybe this is just a coincidence, but your profile and the post you just wrote are very interesting. Perhaps I’m too addled with this whole ARG thing, but the first letters of the two sentences in your profile are IN and the first letters of the sentences in your post here are HAT(T). Granted, it could just be a coincidence, but, to me at least, that suggests the purple hat in the game–or some other hat–is extremely important somehow.

Then again, I see dark shadows everywhere.

They’re after me again . . . .

[[I deleted a bunch of stuff here because it turns out it likely has nothing to do with the ARG–I know, poor forum etiquette, but I’d rather save the space than strikethrough a block of text.]]

Haha it’s fine.

I thought the same thing when i saw that post.

10/6? mad hatter? sixpence? 12 pence into 1 shilling?

Can’t really hurt to check the purple hats anyway, can it?
