Are you in need of musicians?

Hi BMS

Dunno if this is the right place to post.
But… are you in need of musicians to do some tones for BMS? Game looks interesting, and our band could surely make some songs for it - both with and without vocals if needed…
Let me know if you’re interested

Good luck!

The day a song with lyrics is put in a Half Life game is the day I stop playing.

Atleast he’s not a retard like “O HAIZ BLAK MEAS I PLAI PIANO SINCE ONE DAI AND I WANT TO MAKE MUSIK 4 U LOLOLOL!!!1111!!!oneeleven”

And what kind of music do you play Alex?

Pretty confident that Joel Nielsen has the music covered. And for quite some time, too.

Haha I just read that in my head with the voice of a teacher talking to first grader.

I don’t know why I find that so amusing

What did I say wrong?? :frowning:

A black mesa song with lyrics…hm… I’m thinking something along the lines of “Still Alive” where if you decline G-man’s final offer, Gordon starts singing a song about being transported to Xen, and the Agrunt army is singing acapella backup vocals.

Or else maybe a Nihinalth version, with his controllers doing backup.

Gordon can’t talk, therefore he will not sing.

talking != singing

Gordon Freeman is a silent protagonist. What do silent protagonists do? They stay silent.

…Until the time is right to burst into song, of course.

Agreed.

That’s what Gordon’s been waiting for this whole time. Somebody forgot to give him his cue!

“I was working in the lab, late one night…”

I actually read that post in Eli’s voice.
Also, Gordon should start a band with the singing Vortigaunt in the sewers in HL2.

Old I know, but still great.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
