Black Mesa Army - I think there is… I know there are some scenes with Barney + HECU, all that you have to do is to keep them alive while you find more Barneys… whatever, I think it’s possible.
Out-world travelers - Why? I know that you have to jump… but if the NPC has a jump animation we’re all good.
Hey, come back here - There are several G-Man spots in the game, some are possible to follow. They’re just hard because you gonna have to do a rocket/tau/grenade/whatever jump, or something like that.
Barnacle Feeder - I think so, quite often to say the truth. All you have to do is to don’t kill every barnacle and headcrab you find. The headcrab will follow you to the barnacle. This trap would work to other NPCs as well.
ima chargin ma lazor- kill 20 enemies with the tau cannon fully charged
my alien technology could kick your human technologies ass any day of the week- kill 50 human enemies with the hivehand or snarks
jaws- kill 30 icthysaurases with explosives
I call shotgun- kill 10 enemies with the shotgun while riding the tram
I told you not to touch that darned thing- beat the whole game without killing or shutting down any turrets
That’s not true. You can backpedal into the pipe section that falls to prevent fall damage.
^ This. Imagine if the player had 30 hit points or less during this scene. That would be fucking annoying.
The whole things moot though seeing as you have to take damage to get through the freezers in Apprehension.
Wrong again. Your suit is drained of power. You don’t take damage. Not at least to your health.

Regardless, if anyone had enough time to go through the entire game, ensuring that absolutely nothing caused them to lose a single hit point… well… I hope they’re a nun or a priest or something because their going to be holding on to that virginity of theirs for a long long time.
What about that pit of toxic goo you fall into while riding the conveyor in the Xenian factory? I’m not sure it’s possible to avoid that.
Arterial Archery: Kill 50 Human Grunts with chest-shots using the Crossbow.
Double-Barrelled Pay-Off: Kill two enemies at the same time using the Shotgun’s secondary fire.
The House Always Wins: Kill 6 Human Grunts in a row using a single speedloader magazine for the .357, without missing a shot.
I’ve avoided it, but I took fall dammage, so it still makes the Health take a hit.
Garcian: I love those ones. If any achivements from this thread make it into the mod, those ones should.

In Freeman’s Mind, it shows plainly how to avoid getting hurt.
Except that in Freeman’s Mind he still is in Blast Pit, and we are discussing about the Xenian factory. Plus the fact that sometimes he does take damage.
And I have just thought another Achiev:
Rocker Rider: Keep a rocket in the air for at least 5 minutes and then hit an enemy with it.
Thats an easy one, comparing with my other suggestions.

Oh… damn… I missed his last episode… but anyway… he isn’t at the Xenian Factory yeat… but whatever, this is not really important at all… it would be cool playing the whole game without losing 1 hp. That’s my achiev. 
You do know the person that makes freeman’s mind has god mode on right.
well i’ve done god mode on and it still shows and sounds if the character get radiation or whatever. (and he DOES die in one of the episodes.)
Bullsquid Detector: Kill a Bullsquid without letting it spit acid at you.
H2Whoa: Surface swimming underwater after having your life drop to less than 2HP.
