Having played ME, I can only assume such a thing possible in the UEngine by some form of glitch. Probably crappy mapping. :smiley: Hmmm, glitch achievements eh? Could be a new craze…

Well… I don’t remember a part of the game where you have to take damage… so I think it’s technically possible to do so.

At the end Blast pit you fall from a pipe and take like 30 damage So it IS impossible
