I think its going to fail horribly. Lol Freddy sounds like some 12 yr old kid that plays CS :meh: There wasn’t anything wrong with the original why remake it? Nothing can top the original.

That’s the guy that played Rorschach doing Freddy.

I can’t blame them for wanting to remake it so it actually makes sense in one movie instead over the course of a dozen sequels. It looks like it might be decent enough.

Halloween Friday the Thirteenth weren’t all that bad so much as they were just kind of upsetting, but they didn’t suck.

and everyone knows how biased classic horror movie nerds are when it comes to bastard remakes and sequels.

The way they portray Freddy is just terrible. I will not see this movie after seeing this trailer.

A Nightmare on Elm Street was a pretty crappy movie to begin with, so it’s not like it could be any worse.

The series was good, but they made Freddy stupider and stupider as the series progressed. He started out as this menacing shadowy figure…and by movie 6, he was going “Boing, boing, boing, boing!” I mean, c’mon… > :frowning:

You didn’t miss much. The first one was shit, and I can’t begin to imagine how bad the sequels must be.
