You’re mistaking OSTs for Live albums and Greatest Hits compilations.
Every track they put in Legacy was an original composition. Don’t you try and tell me that somehow doesn’t count.
I think he means it doesn’t count because it doesn’t sound like Daft Punk for the most part (Excepting Derezzed and possibly The Game Has Changed).
Honestly, I liked the remix album better than the actual soundtrack.
Most of the remix album was awesome. Also, preordered vinyl for Random Access Memories, can’t wait

The Tron Legacy remix album is one of my favorite albums of all time, so for me it more than made up for the original OST not being all that great. I mean, it’s great as a soundtrack, but not really as a Daft Punk album.
