100% Actually Blind Black Mesa (Utterly incomplete)

Well, you said you’d watch it, and you’ll probably come to regret that, because what I have to offer is neither impressive nor entertaining in any other way.

But here you go anyhow, I did make a promise after all. A promise to the internet!

Part Ein
Part Deux

“Enjoy”.

I’m a big fan of your masculine voice.

That’s the strangest accent I’ve ever heard.

Fnork delivers. That was pretty funny, actually. You should do more.

Hahahahahaha this is the only BM LP you should ever watch.

awesome voice man

She’s a girl.

Oh, you guys. I love how almost every comment is about the way I talk, but, yeah, thanks for the feedback, I guess.

Yes, that’s the “Swedish person trying to be somewhat British but not really bothering due to laziness and also having a mild cold resulting in some sort of generic all over the place accent” accent.

Well, I have done some more stuff from other games that I’m currently or will soon be uploading, you’re free to check it out if you want, and as said in the video I might return to the blindness thing somewhere down the line.

That was pretty funny indeed. Man, all the cool cats are making LP’s - maybe I should make my own too :stuck_out_tongue:

I’d make one, but there’s already a billion gajillion million trillion thousand and ten. Plus another fifty eight. Give or take.

The videos are a lot of closeup shots of walls. Maybe if you had some sort of surround-sound, it might help with where you are in relation to the sounds around you.

I think all you would need is surround speakers and a lot of practice, by trial and error, like in the blind Zelda video.

True. I don’t have an actual surround system, but my two speakers actually work well enough for the directional audio to be of help, but the problem is that there just aren’t enough noises in the part of the game I was playing. The thing I need is probably the practice, I can’t say I’ve played Black Mesa enough to get totally familiar with the environment.

Also, sorry for responding slowly, I wasn’t home yesterday.

Next LP should be deaf without subtitles and the one playing must never have played Half-Life or BM before.

Every time I see “LP” I think of vinyl records. I can’t imagine these “Let’s Play” videos that are for the most part not worth my while taking over the LP abbreviation :frowning:

Well, it’s still better than thinking LP stands for Linkin Park. :fffuuu:
Those guys really went to shit after Meteora.

i always think Long Play (which would work with both the vinyls and the let’s play videos, since those videos are usually pretty long)

I always think it means Little People

Long play (when it comes to video game, ah, videos) refers to a play-through of the game with no commentary.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
